Style Should Reflect the Business You’ve Built.
I’m Tracy Hooper, Colour Analyst and Personal Stylist
With over 30 years in the fashion industry, I help established female entrepreneurs refine how they show up so their wardrobe supports their visibility and authority.
You’ve built a successful business. Your style hasn’t caught up.
You’ve grown in confidence, clarity and authority. Your visibility has increased. When you walk into a room, physical or digital, you carry more weight.
But your wardrobe hasn’t evolved at the same pace.
The colours you default to feel comfortable and safe rather than intentional.
Your brand photography no longer reflects who you are now. You hesitate slightly before stepping into opportunities where you will be visible.
Nothing is wrong.
It’s simply out of alignment.
I believe style is part of your strategy.
Style is often treated as something separate from business.
For established women leading businesses, it isn’t.
Everything we wear communicates before we even say a word.
Colour, proportion and how everything in your look works together communicate instantly.
When they are aligned, they reinforce your authority.
When they are not, they create subtle distraction.
This is not about trends.
It is not about reinvention.
It is about refinement.
It is about ensuring that your presence reflects the level you now operate at.
That’s why it matters.
Grounded in experience
I trained professionally in both colour analysis and personal styling, and later taught both, along with business, at The London College of Style.
I also wrote and delivered the college’s colour analysis course, equipping other stylists with the same technical foundations I use with my clients.
This work is not instinct alone.
It is methodical, technical and experience-led.
When we refine your style, it’s done with precision, not trend, guesswork or reinvention.
Success doesn’t cancel out self-doubt.
Many of the women I work with are highly capable and deeply accomplished.
They lead teams.
They run successful businesses.
They make significant decisions every day.
And yet, when it comes to their body and their style, they feel uncertain.
They second-guess.
They default to safe choices.
They avoid being fully visible.
Not because they lack confidence.
But because no one has ever given them clarity.
That’s different.
And when clarity replaces uncertainty, everything changes.
Decisions become simpler.
Getting dressed becomes easier.
You step into opportunities that require visibility without hesitation.
If you’re ready for clarity, here’s the next step.
You don’t need reinvention.
You don’t need more clothes.
You don’t need to become someone else.
You need clarity.
Colour clarity.
Proportion clarity.
Alignment with the level of business you’ve built.
That’s the work I do.
