To get started with Step 1 of the programme, the Discover step, I will need you to fill out a couple of forms for me, so that I can find out all I need to know about you and your video wardrobe needs.
These shouldn’t take too long, but will save us time on our call.
Firstly, please fill in this form: MyStyle Client Form
There is space on the MyStyle Client form for you to upload some pictures of yourself. For the purposes of the Dream Video Wardrobe Programme, I would love you take a close up picture of your face, with your hair pulled away from your face. From that I will be able to see your face shape, so that I can choose the right style of clothes to suit your face.
Then I would love it if you would go through this questionnaire, and choose one answer from each question. The answers may not be exactly you, but please choose the one that most closely matches you. If you could make a note of the numbers of each letter, A, B, C, D, E and F for our first call, that would be really helpful.
